Set up your prizes
Prizes are the gifts on your wheel. For each one, you choose its name, color, chance of coming up and, if needed, a limited quantity.

Add a prize
Open the “Prizes” tab, “Add a prize” section
Fill in the form
- Prize name: what the customer wins, for example “A free coffee” or “10% off”.
- Description (optional): a detail shown under the prize won, for example “valid Monday to Thursday”.
- Color: the color of its slice on the wheel.
- Weight: its chance of coming up (see below).
- Stock: the quantity available. Leave empty for unlimited stock.
Click “Add prize”
The prize appears on the wheel of your customer page right away.
Understanding weight
Weight is a number that sets a prize's chance relative to the others. The higher it is, the more often the prize comes up, and the wider its slice on the wheel. The percentage chance is calculated automatically and shown next to each prize.
| Prize | Weight | Chance |
|---|---|---|
| A free coffee | 5 | ≈ 38% |
| 10% off | 4 | ≈ 31% |
| A free dessert | 3 | ≈ 23% |
| A free meal | 1 | ≈ 8% |
Here the weights add up to 13: the coffee comes up 5 times out of 13, the meal 1 time out of 13.
Limit a prize with stock
Stock sets the maximum number of times a prize can be won, for example 10 free meals for the month. Each win lowers the stock: you see “Stock 7/10” in the list. At 0, the prize is no longer drawn and customers win the other prizes.
To bring back a prize that ran out, click Edit and increase its stock: prizes already handed out are kept in the count.
Careful
If all your prizes are out of stock, customers see “All prizes have been claimed for now”. Always keep at least one prize with unlimited stock, for example a small discount.
Edit, disable or delete
- Edit: change the name, description, color, weight or stock, then Save.
- Disable: in Edit, uncheck Active. The prize leaves the wheel but stays in your history. Ideal for a seasonal offer.
- Delete: permanently removes a prize that has never been won. A prize already won is simply disabled, so your customers' codes remain valid at checkout.
Our tips
- 3 to 6 prizes: a readable wheel with slices big enough.
- Frequent small prizes (coffee, discount) and one rare big prize with limited stock: it makes people want to play.
- Contrasting colors between neighboring prizes, for a nice, readable wheel.
- State the conditions in the description: validity period, days, minimum spend.
